CEVHAP倡导各国政府，各医疗体系，病患及其它相关机构通力合作以增强公众防患意识，预防疾病传播，并有效医治患者。籍此于亚太地区降低病毒性肝炎所带来之健康，社会及经济危害。
针对病毒性肝炎，CEVHAP藉其权威专家以协助亚太各国确立相关防预政策及科普教识。鉴于相关医疗保健欠发达地区，机构亦将致力于订立相关措施以降低其所致之社会性破坏。
与此同时，CEVHAP积极响应世界卫生组织于2010年5月21日所通过之病毒性肝炎决议 (WHA63.18)：确立每年7月28日为「世界肝炎日」；首次确认病毒性肝炎为全球性医疗议题；组织各成员国将通力合作以降低病毒性肝炎所致危害。鉴于此决议，CEVHAP着重以下三点：

| 二． 支持病毒性肝炎相关公共政策之制定，整合及发展。 |
| 三． 携手个人，团体及政府共同应对病毒性肝炎于亚太地区所致之弊。 |
NOhep is a global, grassroots movement aimed at bringing all stakeholders together to eliminate viral hepatitis by 2030. It has been developed to create global awareness of the disease, similar to the red ribbon for HIV/AIDS, and was launched in 2016. NOhep firmly positions itself at the forefront of the elimination conversation, showcasing exemplary leadership, fostering on-the-ground innovative solutions and taking action to support the policy changes needed to eliminate this cancer-causing illness by 2030.
